Bixby and Co Jewellery is made to last with careful handling, but if you have any breakages, damage or defects on arrival or within 30 days of purchase we’ll replace it for you!

What are the pieces made from?
Recycled gold, silver, other metals, and glass are sourced and used in our pieces. Our gold treasures are made from 14/18k gold fill, which is when gold is bonded under extreme heat to the base metal. We use silver as base for earrings and brass for heavier pieces like bangles. There is no nickel in anything we make.
Returns and Exchanges
We have a 30 day refund or exchange warranty covering damage and breakage caused by manufacturing issues.
Please kindly note we do not currently offer refunds for a change of mind, however understand that not every item is right for you upon arrival. We offer exchanges and/or credit notes with a one year expiry in this instance, when your purchase is returned to us undamaged in original packaging.
This excludes earrings, as we can not accept a return because of hygiene regulations. So please choose carefully.
If an item is damaged or faulty please contact us for a resolution within the 30 day warranty period.
